From style to complete balance<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As a child, I grew up in various countries, from Morocco, Cameroon, and Burundi to the United States and France, with long-term stays in the Middle East (Lebanon and Syria). These diverse experiences not only gave me a broad perspective on the world but also taught me to be flexible and open-minded when it comes to different cultures and situations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I spent most of my childhood in Africa, where I attended French schools, but also in the U.S., where I spent my high school years in New York City. The strict educational system in Africa offered little room for creativity and personal expression, while the freer approach to education in New York strengthened my desire for freedom and self-expression. These contrasting experiences gave me the courage to follow my own path and discover my style and identity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A journey of self-discovery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

When I was 17 and facing expulsion from school, I decided to move to the Netherlands on my own. It was there that I started learning Dutch for the first time, finished Dutch high school and discovered what truly mattered to me: freedom, self-expression, and embracing my own identity. This experience laid the foundation for what I do now: helping women discover their full potential through an integrated approach to style, vitality, and self-care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My mother always had a significant influence on my sense of style. I remember watching her transform for diplomatic dinners in Rabat. I admired her elegant dresses and jewelry, and I saw how she confidently gave her presence a refined and sophisticated look. These early impressions laid the foundation for my passion for style and my understanding of the connection between outer appearance and inner strength.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An integrated approach to complete balance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

With over 25 years of experience as a style consultant, and an education at the Fashion Institute of Technology (F.I.T.) in New York City, I combine my expertise with certifications in vitality, nutrition, lifestyle, and breath coaching. My approach integrates outer appearance and inner strength. I believe the key to complete balance lies in harmonizing these different aspects of your way of life, allowing you to be your best self in every situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I help women go beyond dressing well to truly connect with their essence, empowering them to express their authentic selves through style, healthy eating, breathwork, and vitality. With my integrated approach, I guide women toward a life of energy, confidence, and balance\u2014inside and out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Whether it’s wearing clothing that makes you feel confident and comfortable, learning breathwork techniques for inner peace, or taking practical steps towards a healthier life with balanced nutrition, I’m here to guide you toward more vitality, mental resilience, and self-expression. So that you not only feel good in your skin but also live fully in balance\u2014inside and out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
