A simple morning routine can be the key to more energy, focus, and positivity.

1. Start the day with Gratitude: 3 things you’re grateful for (and what you Wish for)

Gratitude helps shift your mindset, moving your focus from what you lack to what you have. Writing down three things you’re grateful for each morning sets you in a positive mindset that lasts throughout the day.

Why it’s important:
Gratitude reduces stress, increases happiness, and helps you focus on the positive.

How it works:
Take a few minutes to write down three things you’re grateful for. These can be big or small things, like “I’m grateful for my health” or “I wish for a productive day.”

2. Stretch and Move for More Energy

What is healthy breath retention?

  • 10–15 seconds: Start here and gradually build up.

  • 30 seconds or longer: Healthy, improves oxygen intake and focus.
