These follow-up breath coaching sessions focus on strengthening and integrating healthier breathing patterns into your daily life. Through personal guidance, you work step by step toward more calm, energy and resilience.
During the sessions, you learn practical breathing techniques tailored to your body, lifestyle and personal goals. Together, we practice and refine the exercises and explore how you can apply them in different situations — during stress, fatigue, physical activity or moments when you want to create more calm and balance.

Personalized preparation
Before the session, we briefly connect by phone or online to discuss what you would like to focus on during the coaching session. This allows me to tailor the exercises and guidance to your personal situation and goals.
Personalized breathing techniques
We build further on the techniques from the Breathing Analysis & Advice session. Together, we refine your breathing habits and introduce new exercises where needed, based on your progress and daily life.
Personal summary & exercises for home
After the session, you receive a short personal summary with the most important insights and exercises so you can continue practicing independently.
Guidance tailored to your development
Each session is adapted to your progress and any new challenges you may experience. This ensures you receive the support you need to develop and maintain healthier breathing habits.

Practical information
Sessions take place in my studio in Amsterdam.
Online sessions or sessions at your location are also possible in consultation.
For locations outside Amsterdam, travel expenses (usually public transport/train) are charged separately.
Would you like to continue with multiple breath coaching sessions? Follow-up sessions can be booked individually or through a flexible coaching card at a reduced rate.
The coaching card can also be used for nutrition coaching and styling guidance, allowing you to combine different forms of support in a way that suits your personal needs.
