From Wardrobe to complete well-being
As the daughter of a UN diplomat, I experienced the world—from Morocco, Cameroon, and Burundi to New York City. From a young age, I was captivated by the power of clothing and how it reflects your identity and culture. I still remember, as a four-year-old in Rabat, watching my mother transform for diplomatic dinners, admiring her stylish dresses and elegant jewelry. These early impressions laid the foundation for my passion for personal styling, which I pursued further after graduating from the Fashion Institute of Technology (F.I.T.) in New York City.
A journey of self-discovery
Growing up in French schools, I often felt trapped in a rigid system that left little room for creativity and self-expression. I didn’t fit the mold and struggled to find my place in an environment that didn’t align with my need for open interpretation and creativity. When I was on the verge of being expelled, I decided, at 17, to move to the Netherlands on my own, where I received Dutch lessons for the first time. This experience was a turning point in my life, igniting a desire to discover who I truly am, what I want, what I excel at, and what my core values are:
Authenticity, creativity, and personal growth are the core values that have shaped my path. These values inspire me to follow my own way and to shape my life and career in a way that truly reflects who I am.
An integrated approach to inner and outer balance
For me, personal styling has always gone deeper than just appearance. I always wanted to offer a complete approach—one that isn’t just about how you look but also about how you want to feel and what your appearance says about you. It should align with who you are, and you should recognize yourself in what you wear. Over the years, I realized that my work extended beyond clothing alone. During the COVID pandemic, I had the time and space to reflect deeply on my work and my life. I discovered that my passion went beyond style; healthy eating, mental resilience, and a balanced lifestyle are equally important to my clients’ well-being. These insights motivated me to pursue training in healthy nutrition, lifestyle coaching, vitality coaching, and breath coaching. Today, I combine my expertise in personal styling with these new fields to help clients connect with their core strength. I believe in an integrated approach where inner and outer balance are equally important.
Whether it’s expanding your comfort zone with new styles, finding inner calm through breathing techniques, or taking practical steps toward a healthier life with balanced nutrition, I am here to guide you toward greater vitality, mental resilience, and a truly authentic life.
