Within the professional guidelines of the BGN (Dutch Association of Weight Consultants), I focus on general nutrition, healthy lifestyle habits and practical everyday strategies that support long-term well-being and energy levels.

Introduction & Intake Conversation

Before we start working together, we schedule an introductory intake conversation to discuss your goals, expectations and personal situation.

During this conversation, we explore which type of guidance may best suit your lifestyle, needs and personal goals.

My coaching focuses on general nutrition, lifestyle habits and sustainable behavioral change within the professional guidelines of the BGN.

For complex medical or specialized nutritional questions, guidance from a physician, registered dietitian or other specialist may be more appropriate.

How It Works

Session 1 — Analysis & Measurements (about 30 minutes)

Before the session, you complete a questionnaire and food diary to provide insight into your eating habits, lifestyle and daily routines.

During the first in-person session, we take several measurements, review the intake form together and discuss your personal goals and areas of focus in more detail.

Session 2 — Personal Advice & Practical Guidance (about 1 to 1.5 hours)

Following Session 1, I further analyze your food diary, measurements, eating patterns and personal goals in preparation for your personalized advice and lifestyle plan.

During Session 2, we discuss practical nutrition strategies, healthy habits and realistic steps that fit your lifestyle, preferences and daily routine.

After the session, you receive your personalized nutrition and lifestyle plan with practical guidance, meal structure suggestions and realistic strategies tailored to your goals and daily life.

Additional Support

This session can be a valuable first step toward healthier habits, more energy and greater balance in daily life.

If desired, you can choose additional follow-up coaching sessions for extra support in implementing healthy routines and sustainable behavioral change over time.

Continuing Your Journey

If you would like ongoing support after your nutrition analysis and advice session, you can choose follow-up coaching focused on healthy habits, nutrition guidance and sustainable lifestyle changes.

Together, we work step by step on creating realistic routines and practical changes that fit naturally into your daily life and schedule.

For clients who would like flexibility and a more personalized approach, it is also possible to book multiple sessions in advance. These sessions can be used for nutrition, breathwork or styling — or a combination of these areas — depending on your personal needs, goals and lifestyle. This option also offers a more favorable rate than booking individual sessions separately. Feel free to contact me to discuss the possibilities.

Booking & Scheduling

Sessions can take place online or in person in Amsterdam or another agreed location.

Following the initial telephone introduction, Session 1 takes place in person due to the measurements and intake process.
