This program focuses on developing a healthier breathing pattern as a foundation for greater balance, relaxation and resilience. Many people unconsciously breathe too high, too fast or with tension, which can affect stress levels, energy and concentration.
By becoming more aware of your breathing and improving your breathing habits, you create more calm in your body and greater clarity in your mind.
I analyse your current breathing pattern and identify areas where tension or inefficient breathing occurs. During the sessions, we practice targeted breathing techniques together and you receive practical breathing exercises to continue working on at home.
The goal is not only temporary relaxation, but sustainable change that becomes part of your everyday life.

What you receive
Complimentary introductory call
We begin with a short introductory phone call to discuss your goals and explore whether this program suits you.
Preparation
Before the first session, you complete a short questionnaire about your breathing, energy levels and stress. This allows me to prepare the sessions carefully.
Intake & Breathing Analysis (1.5 hours)
During the first session, I analyze your breathing pattern and discuss areas for improvement. You receive a personal breathing plan with tailored exercises.
Coaching & Integration (1.5 hours)
During the second session, we practice the techniques together and focus on integrating healthier breathing habits into your daily life with attention to sustainable behavioral change.
Additional guidance
Would you like extra support or further guidance afterwards?
You can book additional follow-up sessions or choose flexible coaching sessions at a reduced rate. This allows you to decide the pace and level of guidance that suits you best.
