Workshop How to Stick to New Year’s Resolutions
Sticking to New Year’s resolutions doesn’t require more discipline, but alignment. In this workshop, you’ll explore how everyday choices shape how you show up — and how that can support a calmer, more balanced start to the year.
Have you set New Year’s resolutions, but already notice that sticking to them feels challenging?
At this point in January, many good intentions start to fade — not because of a lack of motivation, but because everyday life picks up again and plans begin to clash with routines, expectations and energy levels.
In this workshop, I invite you to begin the new year in a different way.
Not by being stricter with yourself or pushing harder, but by pausing to reflect on what works for you. With intentions that fit your life, your body and your pace — translated into small, realistic steps that you can genuinely sustain.
What this workshop is about
In this workshop, we look at New Year’s intentions in everyday life.
How you eat, how you breathe, what you wear and how you treat yourself all play a role. These aspects influence how you feel, how you make choices and how achievable change truly is.
Rather than focusing on what needs to be different, we explore what can support you. We briefly and practically reflect on your current habits: what already works, where things feel difficult, and where there may be room for more ease and kindness toward yourself.
We translate this into small, achievable steps you can apply immediately.
No big plans or rigid systems, but conscious choices that fit your life as it is now — and that are therefore easier to sustain over time.
