How does this Package work?

The sessions focus on analyzing and optimizing your breathing, movement, and sleep:

Breathing analysis and advice:
We will map your breathing and teach you techniques to improve it for more calm and focus. This session lasts 1 hour.

Movement analysis and advice:
In this 1.5-hour session, we will look at your movement habits and give you advice on optimizing your movement patterns. Together, we will create a personalized movement plan that aligns with your lifestyle and goals.

Stress and sleep management:
We will analyze your stress levels and sleep patterns and help you with practical tips to improve your sleep and reduce stress. This session lasts 1 hour.

The sessions in this package are scheduled separately so that you don’t receive too much information at once. This allows you to fully focus on each session and apply the advice step by step for better results.

Personal plan

After the sessions, you will receive a personalized plan with practical tips and exercises to help you improve your breathing, movement, and sleep quality in the long term.
