What does the 1-1 Nutrition Advice include?
During the Nutrition Consultation, I review the employee’s current dietary habits, routines, and lifestyle. Following the guidelines of the BGN Weight Consultant, I adopt a scientifically based and sustainable approach. I assess which nutrients are being consumed, what might be missing, and how this affects their health and energy levels.
Employees are required to keep a food diary in advance and submit it beforehand. This allows me to gain better insight into their current eating habits.

Group session:
It is also possible to receive nutrition advice in a group session of up to 3 people, offering an interactive experience and the opportunity to share insights.
