2. Applicability

1. These terms and conditions apply to all agreements and services provided by Carina v/d Kloet, including:
   • 1-on-1 sessions.
   • Workshops for consumers and businesses.
   • Packages combining multiple services in personal styling, healthy nutrition, breathing, lifestyle, and vitality.
2. Deviations from these terms are only valid if agreed upon in writing.
3. These terms and conditions are provided at the time of entering into an agreement and can be reviewed on [website link].

3. Services and Delivery

1. Carina v/d Kloet offers personalized and tailored services, including:
   • Personal Styling: Color analysis, style analysis, communication through clothing, wardrobe advice, and personal shopping.
   • Healthy Nutrition: Nutritional advice and coaching.
   • Breathing, Lifestyle, and Vitality: Breathing coaching, lifestyle coaching, and vitality advice.
   • Packages: Combinations of the above services in a comprehensive solution.
2. Services are delivered on the agreed date, time, and location as specified in the agreement.
3. For services delivered on-site, the client must provide a suitable space.

4. Prices and Payment

1. All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
2. The rates for services and packages are communicated and agreed upon in advance.
3. Payments must be made within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
4. In case of late payment, statutory interest and collection costs will be charged in accordance with the Dutch Collection Costs Act.
5. All clothing and products supplied through Carina v/d Kloet remain the property of Carina v/d Kloet until full payment has been received.

5. Cancellation and Changes

1-on-1 Sessions, Workshops, and Packages for Consumers:

Personal shopping (shopping together or collecting items)

• Cancellation is free of charge up to 7 days prior to the appointment (due to preparatory work).
• Cancellation within 7 days: 50% of the costs will be charged.
• Cancellation within 48 hours or a no-show: 100% of the costs will be charged.

Workshops:

• Cancellation is free of charge up to 7 days prior to the workshop (due to preparatory work).
• Cancellation within 7 days: 50% of the costs will be charged.
• Cancellation within 48 hours or a no-show: 100% of the costs will be charged.

Coaching:

• Cancellation is free of charge up to 48 hours prior to the appointment.
• Cancellation within 48 hours: 100% of the costs will be charged.

Intake Sessions:

• Free sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
• For cancellations within 24 hours or a no-show, a future appointment may no longer be offered free of charge.

Workshops and Packages for Businesses:

Cancellations are free of charge up to 14 days prior to the workshop or package.

Cancellation within 14 days: 50% of the costs will be charged.

Cancellation within 7 days: 100% of the costs will be charged.

A no-show will result in 100% of the costs being charged.

Refunds:

If a service or package is canceled by Carina v/d Kloet, the full amount will be refunded within 14 days.

Force Majeure:

In case of force majeure, such as illness, natural disasters, or pandemics, a new date will be set in consultation with the client. If this is not possible, the full amount will be refunded.

Changes to appointments must be communicated in writing and agreed upon.

6. Liability

1. Carina v/d Kloet will execute the services to the best of her ability and knowledge.
2. Carina v/d Kloet is not liable for direct or indirect damages unless caused by intent or gross negligence.
3. Liability is always limited to the amount paid by the client for the service or package.
4. Carina v/d Kloet is not responsible for results dependent on the client’s efforts or circumstances.

7. Complaints Procedure

1. Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days after the service or package has been delivered.
2. Carina v/d Kloet will respond to complaints within 14 days of receipt.
3. If the complaint is deemed justified, an appropriate solution will be offered in consultation with the client.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

1. Carina v/d Kloet processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. Personal data is used exclusively for the provision of services and communication with the client.

9. Force Majeure

1. In the event of force majeure, such as illness, natural disasters, or pandemics, Carina v/d Kloet has the right to suspend or cancel the agreement without liability.
2. A suitable solution, such as rescheduling the service, will be sought in consultation with the client.

10. Intellectual Property

1. All materials, analyses, and advice provided during the services and packages remain the property of Carina v/d Kloet.
2. It is not permitted to copy, share, or commercially use these materials without written permission.

11. Applicable Law and Disputes

1. These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
2. Disputes will preferably be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.

12. Final Provisions

1. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
2. Carina v/d Kloet reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
