What is REALLY Healthy? – Start Building Healthy Habits for the Upcoming Months!
With the abundance of health claims and marketing tricks thrown at us daily, it can be hard to know what we should actually choose. “Natural,” “sugar-free,” “low-fat,” or “rich in fiber” all sound good, but what do they really mean? And more importantly: is it really as healthy as it seems?
Did you know that only 20% of the products in the supermarket are truly healthy? Most of what we buy is processed, often containing hidden sugars, fats, and artificial additives. This makes it difficult to make healthy choices amidst all the misleading claims. So, how do you know what’s really good for you?
Start building healthy habits for the upcoming months! Whether you’re just back from vacation or looking to focus more on your healthy eating habits, this workshop will provide you with the insights and tools you need to make mindful choices that contribute to your health and wellbeing.
