What is REALLY Healthy?

We all want to eat healthily, but with the abundance of health claims and marketing tricks we face daily, it’s hard to know what we should really choose. “Natural,” “sugar-free,” “low-fat,” or “rich in fiber” all sound great, but what do they actually mean? And more importantly: is it really as healthy as it seems?

Did you know that only 20% of products in the supermarket are truly healthy? The majority of what we buy is processed, often containing hidden sugars, fats, and artificial additives. This makes it difficult to make healthy choices amidst all the misleading claims. So, how do you know what’s actually good for you?

In this practical workshop, I’ll give you clear insights into what healthy nutrition really means. We’ll break down myths and you’ll learn how to make conscious choices that contribute to your health and well-being. Some of the topics we’ll cover include:

  • Is freshly squeezed orange juice really healthier than the fruit itself?
  • Is spelt bread really healthier than regular bread?
  • Are light products always healthier than the regular version?
  • Do you really need to avoid carbs if you want to lose weight?

    How can you see through the marketing and make smart choices in the supermarket?

    Why is it often better to eat the whole fruit instead of drinking squeezed juice?

Additionally, we’ll discuss the link between breathing and digestion, and how a calm breath can help you process food better and support your digestion.
